Once your order has been placed, please allow 1–5 business days for processing before dispatch.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day during the working week. Orders placed on Friday evening, over the weekend, or during holidays may take slightly longer to process.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery generally takes 7–10 business days.

How Orders Are Shipped
To keep our prices fair and offer free shipping, we work with trusted international fulfilment partners. Some orders may be consolidated before dispatch, which allows us to ship efficiently while keeping customer costs low.
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be sent to you by email.
Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed while the package is in transit between facilities.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
