At Suzanne’s Seaside Boutique, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned in its original condition.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup marks, pet hair, or signs of wear.
All original packaging, tags, accessories, and components must be included where applicable.
The item must show only normal handling. Damage caused by improper use, washing, wearing, or handling is not eligible for return.
Hygiene-sensitive items must be unused and returned in clean, original condition.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to reject returns if items appear to be used, damaged, altered, washed, worn, or do not meet our return conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review it and provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Do not send your return to the sender’s address shown on the parcel. Returns must only be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Return Address
As we work with international fulfilment partners, returns are processed through our designated return center, which may be located overseas.
The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Returns sent to the wrong address may not be received or processed. We cannot be responsible for returns sent without prior approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking receipt until your return has been received and processed.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Handling, Restocking & Customs-Related Fees
Returns may be subject to handling, restocking, and/or customs-related fees of up to 10% of the order value where applicable and permitted by law.
If such a fee applies, it may be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days after your return has been received and inspected for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping fees, customs fees, handling fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly through our fulfilment system.

Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. If your order has already entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Return Policy.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us first. In most cases, the fastest option is to place a new order and return the original item according to our return process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Items that have been worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered
Items missing original tags, packaging, accessories, or components
Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened, used, or are not in clean original condition
Items returned outside the 30-day return window
Items sent to the wrong return address
Items returned without prior approval
